The Story

Two islands. One sauce. A flavour nobody else can make.

Arlene's Spicy Tamarind Sauce was not designed in a factory. It was developed in a kitchen, refined through culture, and validated by science.

The tamarind comes from Grenada — sour, distinctive, and ethically sourced from local growers. The amchar masala comes from Trinidad — the spice blend that runs through Trinidadian food culture as deeply as music runs through Carnival.

No other sauce on the market blends these two island traditions in this way. Because no other sauce was made by someone who belongs to both.

When it was tested by government chemists, the response was direct: "You have a gold product."

The Arlene Effect Applied

The same system that builds businesses builds products.

This sauce is not separate from the work. It is proof of it.

The same structured thinking that produces Cabinet-level proposals and regional grant shortlists produced a product that has been tested, validated, and positioned for export.

A full export roadmap has been developed covering production facility requirements, ingredient sourcing with traceable ethical supply chains, GDBS certification, lab testing protocols, Canadian bilingual label requirements, and a pilot shipment strategy.

The system works. The sauce is the evidence.

The Equation

Grenada tamarind + Trinidad technique + Structured development = Premium artisan sauce validated by government chemists as a gold product

"You have a gold product."
